Shopping at SydneyEssence

Found an amazing item you absolutely must have? Fantastic!

Now, select the desired color and/or size and click 'add to cart'. Of course, you can continue shopping; you can always return to your cart by clicking on the 'cart icon' at the top right. Note: placing items in your cart does not reserve them.

Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'cart icon' at the top right to view your items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click 'Proceed to Checkout'. Here, you’ll land on the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your details in one place.

  • At SydneyEssence, we cover the shipping costs. So, you pay no shipping fees.* For returning items, you will need to cover the shipping costs.

Tracking Your Delivery at SydneyEssence Absolutely!

We ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can follow the status of your order via the order status page. You'll receive this link via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace status is available.

Delivery Times at SydneyEssence

At SydneyEssence, we aim for fast and secure delivery of our products. If you place an order on business days before 11:00 PM, we do our best to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 7 to 14 working days.

Not Home for Delivery: What Now?

If delivery of your package isn't possible, it will be stored for you at the courier service's distribution center for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the driver, including information about the pickup location. If this doesn't happen, please contact the transport company first. We are also here to assist you via info@sydneyessence.com.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We strive to expedite the processing and shipping process, so there is always a small chance to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you suspect the shipping address is incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you haven't received it, report this within 14 days of the stated delivery date. The courier service will then start an investigation. We will keep you updated until the end of this investigation.
