RETOUR POLICY

If you've received the wrong items or if the items you've received are defective, please email info@sydneyessence.com to discuss further.

If you're not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and sellable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Return Requests

Please print and fill out the return form if you have not already done so. You can request the return form via info@sydneyessence.com Email your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@sydneyessence.com After approval, ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions below. Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outside packaging of your parcel. Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@sydneyessence.com

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of returning items. Ensure all returned items are well packaged to prevent damage in the post. Ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. Ensure the return form is approved - without approval, your return may not be processed. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

Step 1: Let our customer service team know you want to return and request the return form. Provide your order number and reason for returning.

Step 2: Send your order back Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure your package has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account Once we receive the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.

We process our returns in China, meaning you will need to return your package outside Australia. This can be associated with high costs up to 25 dollar, which we do not cover.
